Task Action Button

Each task can show an action button beside its icon on the main screen. To choose it:

1. Select ⚙︎ on the main screen.
2. Select … on the task.
3. Select Action Button.

You can choose a different button for when the task is incomplete and when it’s complete. The options include:

• Automatic - Streaks picks a suitable button for the task.
• Start/Stop Timing and Record Timing - For timed tasks.
• Add to Health - Record a value to the Health app.
• Counter - Count up towards the task’s goal.
• Record Note or Pinned Note - Open the task’s notes.
• Open URL or Run Shortcut - Open another app, website or shortcut.
• Send Message - Message the owner of a shared task.
• Share - Share your progress.
• None - Show no button.
